手工月饼

材料：

面粉 600 g
苏打粉 少许
糖水 400 g
枝水 1 茶匙
油 130 g
蛋 1 粒
馅料



做法：
1. 将糖水，油，枝水一起搅至10 分钟。
2.将面粉，苏打粉加入，再用搅至均匀。
3.放着等待发酵至60分钟。
4.分成小粒，压扁后，包入馅料，再用月饼模印出形状。
5.以120'c 烘至10分钟。
6.再涂上蛋水于皮面上后，在烘5分种。

蛋挞

皮料：

蛋 1 粒
牛油 130 g
面粉 250 g
奶粉 30 g
*(100'c , 10 分钟）



馅料：

糖分 100 g
奶水 200 ml
香草水 2 汤匙
蛋 3 粒
*（100'c ， 15分钟）





做法：

1. 将皮料全搓匀， 然后分成小团， 用手压入塔模内， 修平边缘。
2. 预热*太空双宝*后， 以 120'c 烘 10 分种。
3. 将馅料全匀后，倒入已烘好的蛋挞皮上， 再以 100'c 烘 15 分钟。

最近刚学水墨画。 班上の气氛很棒！！很有那种*feeling*~ 看着老师画时，眼睛睁大大+哇哇声， 看到我自己画的水墨画时， 下巴长到桌上去+*pak*一声。。

PC fair 2010

6 August 2010, 晴天

天气还是和往常一样，热到不像样.. 为了多认点点路， 我驾着小红， 参朋友去pc fair 买些东东。 当然！！ 去之前必需先喂饱小红， 它好可怜， 我不忍心再把它饿晕。。

大约半小时就到klcc, 可却花了一小时在找parking!! 最后决定停在那个*秘密*parking lots..hehez..


跟我们预料一样，第一天没那么多人，没酱多人阻挡， 方便我们行路。。我朋友去扫printer，我呢。。想买点礼物给我爸妈。。我已经半年没回家了，真糟糕！！虽然前两个月我带我家人到kl玩乐~遗憾的事没见到我大哥，一年才见到他一次。。Gambatte~big bro!!


在莫个booth遇见college frds.. 经过survey，他们卖的rmvb player较cheap.. 可我们还是一直在那搞蛋， 硬要他们扣多多。。因为我们是消费者嘛。。*不好意识两位朋友*


我爸很喜欢看单片，可最近很少买dts's DVD, 加上我妈超喜欢看连续集。 有了这架*东东*， 就不必再被电视播放时间绑住，滴确方便很多吧！！那些戏呢。。*姐，就拜托你来DL了*hahaz~Im busy..





还送麦HDMI cable。。棒！！我爸最喜欢了。。


在买rmvb player时，无段段被这架小橙扇吹到好冷，风蛮大，aoe 也很大。。 而且engine没力时，可以自己买跑车的engine换。。not bad!!


Survey后，这是我看到较cheap && reasonable。。No Touch external hardisk， is Singapore product.. international warranty 3 years..

22July2010. After lecture, outing again..This time I went to watch Despicable Me @ Midvalley with my dear coursemates bin2, xue mei, munyi and ngai gee..

The story is of a supervillain named Gru who plans to use three orphan girls as prawns for a grand scheme, only to find that their innocent love is profoundly changing him.


This roller coaster very amazing..I could feel that I was like in the movie, sitting roller coaster with them, heart almost fell!! Can't believe it..


I'm very curious what these creature is.. Look like a potato right?? Too funny, I hope to have one..haha...


What a funny animation!! Made me can't stop laughing until the end of the movie..Lucky my face no cramp..

左撇子，右撇子？？傻傻分不清楚。。

我的心理系朋友跟我做过个测试， 问了几个问题。 结果很意外， 我因该是左撇子， 可为什麽我从小到大都是用右手写字呢？？ 回想了好久， 我才发现其时我在幼稚园时是用左手握笔， 之后我妈教我用右手握笔写字， 从此我就变成个右撇子。 虽然如此， 可我天生就是个左撇子， 是改变不了的事实， 这也是我在前几个月才发现的。 我现在就像个冒牌的右撇子！！
右撇子==》当大脑在回想或刷新时， 双眼会往左上角看。 当大脑在创造新的事物或想象时， 双眼会往右上角看。
左撇子==》跟右撇子相反。

PRICELESS WORDS

A husband wakes up at home with a huge hangover.
He forces himself to open his eyes, and the first thing he sees
is a couple of aspirins and a glass of water on the side table.
He sits down and sees his clothing in front of him, all clean and
pressed. He looks around the room and sees that
it is in perfect order, spotless, clean. So is the rest of the house.
He takes the aspirins and notices a note on the table.
"Honey, breakfast is on the table, I left early to go grocery shopping.

Totally shocked with the note , he goes to the kitchen and
sure enough there is a hot breakfast and the morning newspaper.
His son is also at the table, eating. He asks, "Son, what happened last night?"
His son says, "Well, you came home around 3 AM, drunk and delirious.
Broke some crockery, puked in the hall, and gave yourself a black eye
